Sketchbook drawings

I've been drawing at The Bowes Museum. It is full of interesting objects. I loved it as a child (there was a two headed calf with six legs!) and it is even better now (homemade cake).

New baby books

I hadn't illustrated any baby books for a few years, I simply ran out of inspiration. But then, after my daughter Frieda was born, I was suddenly ready to have another go. I have written 4 baby books for Scholastic, they are about the happy days Frieda and I spent in our friends gardens during the summers of 08-09. They'll be out Spring 2011.

Fleabag won a Silver Award

I have just found out that Fleabag won a Silver Star Award at The Norfolk Library Children's Book Award. How exciting!
